Shefali Sharma

Born in India and brought up in Oman, Shefali has lived in Singapore for over a decade and has honed her skills across various disciplines, including client management, agency and in-house recruitment, and people & culture in early-stage start-ups (Series A & B). Now, with close to 10 years of experience, Shefali has a versatile skillset that enables her to lead and develop effective HR strategies that align with business objectives. 

Leading with best practice, she provides strategic direction and expertise for the full scope of the People function.
